Mental illness; I healed myself from bipolar disorder through moving through the layers I put up in my heart, simply (yet not easily) through placing my awareness in my hearts space and focusing on the love that I am, the I am that is the all there is that flows through all things if we allow it to. Through this process the emotions, trials, experiences, anxiety and reasoning behind the imbalance revealed themselves over time. As hard as they were to witness and experience, I processed these emotions and stories, trusting that what was arising would pass back to the light as I lightened. This took some years to fully process however just six months after I started this practice the swing in emotions passed. I have beens stable for five years. With love (the pure divine energy of All there is), we have the power to heal all imbalances no matter how they present in our lives, mentally, physically or emotionally. Since 1989 I have direct connection to the All / divine (I have transformed on the spot the energy from a killer through 2 explosives bullets that touched me in a mass shooting attack in Montreal in high clarity, connectedness, unconditional love, etc , so from total dark to total light , thanks to centering and presence) I knew that the next challenge after the attack was to find out how to integrate that high vibration reality and principles in the day-to-day human life starting my myself. It was a 30 years work. Now I am in the phase to transfer to others. The Pentagone with the top to the sky is the oriental approach mainly. That never talk to me. Minute 32. Like the way you describe the Law of give and receive as a constant movement that you should not try to stop, because that disturbs the flow. Receiving good or bad and fixate on what you get, stops the movement. So accept what disturbes you, and then let go of hurt and bad experiences,. That will set us free (=forgive: let go of ressentiment, hatred etc). Simularly gifts and talents we receive will benefit all, if we share them with others.

Could also be a symptom of heart problems if your not a smoker Cutting down on beef would help , after seeing a heart specialist , i took a pill for 6 months, all fixed, hope this helpps

In budhism, when we reach certain stage of meditation, we get panna/wisdom. So by meditating, we get download of information (wisdom). If done right, this is a self sufficient method that would save us from many distortion of information coming from abrahamic religion. We are all living the effect of causes which we put mentally in our previous inacarnation. However, we are not happy with the very effect we caused because it does not translate into happiness.we need to transform internally to be happy, we have to be one with our true self ( The pure soul without any karmic baggage)
All your lives are simultaneous _(this is something that Matias himself has stated)._ Thus to think in terms of previous lives is somewhat ludicrous. While you're having your present life in 2020, you're also having your other life experiences simultaneously in different timeframes, which we think of as the past and future. You can tap into your other lives; we all do in our dreamstate. In fact, what Matias is doing is tapping into his other lives which are presently occurring in the other timeframes. He can do it while awake, while most of us will only do it while in our sleep state yet not knowing that most of our dreams is us experiencing what our other selves _(we are multidimensional beings)_ are experiencing in their lives. Now, we're choosing to experience from a sense of separation. It is why you don't experience as a pure soul as you call it. However, we're presently making the choice to experience more like "a pure soul" all because we're getting bored with the old ways. ;)

@@Ohentse I see all his videos since 2011 and i know that he has felt a lot of feelings in all his lifes, for example the sensation of being only a spirit with out soul. Im a asecended master and i enlight my body to be eternal in only one life and i have had all the feeling that a human can feel,but THE GLORY OF GOD IS THE BEST SESANTION OF ALL ! !

We are all living the effect of causes which we put mentally in our previous inacarnation. However, we are not happy with the very effect we caused because it does not translate into happiness.we need to transform internally to be happy, we have to be one with our true self ( The pure soul without any karmic baggage)
All your lives are simultaneous _(this is something that Matias himself has stated)._ Thus to think in terms of previous lives is somewhat ludicrous. While you're having your present life in 2020, you're also having your other life experiences simultaneously in different timeframes, which we think of as the past and future. You can tap into your other lives; we all do in our dreamstate. In fact, what Matias is doing is tapping into his other lives which are presently occurring in the other timeframes. He can do it while awake, while most of us will only do it while in our sleep state yet not knowing that most of our dreams is us experiencing what our other selves _(we are multidimensional beings)_ are experiencing in their lives.
Now, we're choosing to experience from a sense of separation. It is why you don't experience as a pure soul as you call it. However, we're presently making the choice to experience more like "a pure soul" all because we're getting bored with the old ways. ;)
