Entspanne dich in einer bequemen und dennoch wachen und aufmerksamen Haltung.
Werde dir zuerst deines Geistes bewusst. Vielleicht nimmst du Gedanken oder Emotionen wahr. Es ist in Ordnung, dass sie da sind. Lass sie einfach da sein, ohne von ihnen eingenommen zu werden oder ihnen eine Bedeutung zu geben.
Versuche nun, dich mit dem zu verbinden, dass jenseits all dieser Wahrnehmungen liegt. Werde Bewusstsein selbst. Ruhig, still, aufmerksam.
Nun stelle dir vor, dass nicht nur du, sondern Tausende von Menschen aus der ganzen Welt mit dir meditieren. Auf der Ebene der Form sehen wir vielleicht anders aus, aber letztendlich sind wir nie voneinander getrennt. Alles, was erscheint, entsteht aus einer unendlichen Quelle.
Verbinde dich noch tiefer mit dieser Quelle. Wie auch immer du dir das vorstellst. Vielleicht visualisierst du Licht aus dem Universum, das in dich eindringt und in deinem Herzen ruht. Vielleicht denkst du an deine Gottheit oder den Gott deines Verständnisses. Woran auch immer du glaubst, die Kraft, die größer ist als du selbst, erlaube ihr, dich mit Freude, Liebe und Hingabe zu erfüllen. Bade in dieser positiven Energie, spüre sie.
Und jetzt sende diese positiven Energien nach außen in diesen gegenwärtigen Raum und diese Zeit. Sieh, wie diese Energie all deine Freunde, Familie, Fremden und schwierigen Menschen überflutet. Sieh, wie einige dieser Menschen von dieser liebevollen Energiewelle überrascht werden. Sie sind sich plötzlich etwas bewusst, das über ihren gewöhnlichen Geisteszustand hinausgeht. Stelle dir vor, sie begleiten dich bei dieser Meditation, lächelnd und glücklich.
Ein positives Energienetz mit Millionen von Knoten wird auf der ganzen Welt geschaffen; du bist einer dieser Knoten. Spüre, wie die Liebe, die von unzähligen anderen ausgesandt wird, über dich hinwegströmt, in dich hinein, durch dich hindurch.
Und sende deine jetzt noch höhere Schwingung hinaus, in alle Richtungen, hinunter in den Kern der Erde und hinauf in die Weite des Weltraums. Nimm dir Zeit, um zu strahlen und zu strahlen.
Verstärke jetzt das positive Energienetz rund um unsere Erde noch mehr. Mache sie heller und heller. Ein liebevolles Feld, kraftvoll, rein und göttlich, leuchtet in die Weite des unendlichen Universums.
Lass uns abschließend unsere Vision für die Welt konkretisieren. Stelle dir eine weise und bewusste Welt vor, eine liebevolle und friedliche Welt, eine akzeptierende und fürsorgliche Welt.
Mut, Bereitschaft und Akzeptanz überwiegen, wenn Menschen versuchen, ihre Grenzen zu überschreiten.
Wahnvorstellungen, negative, destruktive Gewohnheiten werden abgelegt. Alle Wesen sind frei von Furcht, Angst und Zweifel.
Menschen bekommen die Hilfe, die sie brauchen, die Antworten und die Weisheit, die sie brauchen, die Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit, die sie brauchen. Dich mit einbeziehend.
Du und andere heilen von allen möglichen körperlichen und psychischen Krankheiten.
Die Menschen bekommen die Therapie, die sie brauchen, Selbsthilfegruppen und spirituelle Studiengruppen wachsen.
Menschen beginnen ihr spirituelles Erwachen. Sie lesen Bücher zu denen sie sich hingezogen fühlen, es wird gebetet und meditiert. Menschen werden bewusster und lebendiger.
Manche Menschen zieht es zu Retreats und Pilgerreisen, um sich einem höheren Ziel zu widmen. Stelle dir vor, diese Menschen sind erfolgreich. Stelle dir Menschen vor, die ihre Einheit mit Gott, dem Universum und miteinander erkennen.
Fühle jetzt diese neue Realität. Diese neue Erde. Lebe in ihr. Glaube daran.
Sieh, wie Menschen wirklich fröhlich sind. Immer noch anders auf der Ebene der Form, aber jetzt bewusster ihrer Gleichheit, ihres Einsseins.
Eine Quelle, eine Welt, ein Herz, ein Geist, eine Menschheit.
Jetzt behalte diese veränderte Welt im Geist und bewahre sie in deinem Herzen.
Ob du dich nun fertig machst für den Tag oder die Nacht, vertraue darauf, dass sich deine Mühe gelohnt hat. Freue dich und sei zufrieden, glücklich und positiv.
Mögest du und alle anderen fühlenden Wesen frei von Leiden und den Ursachen des Leidens sein.

I just practiced this meditation today, Jan. 05, 2024 and I invited others from a facebook group to do as well, so that we could rise the vibrations as many are feeling uneasy about our future.
I must say, my peace and love feels very quiet and warm. All I could project outward was the silence of the Void, somehow that is how I feel connected and at peace. You know that feeling of floating in the ocean and letting go of all your worries? That, to me is peace and love. Towards the end, I saw a neon rainbow of meteor-like feather objects shooting across Earth coming towards us. Perhaps it is the next generation of healers coming to is in 2024. Welcome star children.... welcome!❤

Imagining a world where all realised the oneness I'm feeling the world has gone silent forever. There is no language in the world to talk to each other. All the people have heart fill with love but they are not sharing it. People are doing nothing like they are not there.😅
