Listen I got the same sandwich from the same spot it was horrible very sloppy and soggy ! The only thing they got going for them is the pizza I also tried the cheese steak from there worst cheese steak ever! I am from Philly , moved to Dallas. After subscribing to your channel I am missing the food. On my next trip back to Philly I'm going to try all the eateries in N.J. and Philly that you have recommended.
I'm from Austin, but I spent a few years living in Philly and there are just certain things you can't get in Texas the same. I miss pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches from a little family bodega that were maybe 3 dollars. That's just one example, but there are many more.
I Google and found several companies that sells Taylor pork roll & the dried beef if you like cream dried beef on toast that's, and other products that you can't find in Tx that will ship to you. I love seafood found a market in Pittsburgh call Wholley you can order fish and other products and they will shipped anywhere in the U.S. it will still be frozen when it arrives.
There should be more people with his philosophy in this world, he’ll be successful in whatever he does .
Food is indeed subjective, but I don't need to eat these sandwiches to know it is something special. That bread looks awesome and perfectly toasted. That crunch, effing perfect. You know the the shaved parm is gonna help make it something special. Only thing I feel like was missing coulda been some long hots, but that may overpower that prosciutto. Great vid brother.
