Internet reporting is mandatory if your principal residence is equipped with internet access and you are able to file your return online. ... if you are not equipped you can enter a paper tax return

Hi Mr Grumpy, Yes, in rare cases where the tax payer does not have access to the internet, a paper return will of course be allowed. I would recommend that anyone in this situation consults their local tax office prior to submitting your tax return. Best regards, Zoe
