It's happend due to many reasons I think..
1) we added to much of salt which got settle down in bottle hense it need more water
2) Mostly we keep dishwash ph in range of 8-9 little alkaline...if we check this separate solution its ph would have decreased to 4-5 level.. hense we need to increase its ph with lye solution
3) this also happened when we mixed slurry and sles together without giving overnight gap of mixing both...as slurry when mixed with caustic produces heat, which blast sles when mixed instantly...so please keep slurry solution overnight and mixed sles next day
It's my own experience..I might be worng... chemical sirji please correct me if I am odd
Vikasji, Any change yourself observed next day(After leaving neutrilised slurry overnight, then added sles)in terms of thickness, Detergency???
Can EDTA be used to avoid separation as you mentioned in the previous video to avoid these problems?

Citric 10 grams tek per kg dal skty hn aur urea 20 grams tek dalain . Urea sy smell hirab ho jati hy iss liye ziada na dalain waisy 5 % tek dal skty hn

He is adding water slowly and mixing it well till the time it becomes consistent liquid ,after that you need to leave it mixture for 6-8 hrs it will be transparent
