Need more white players on field. If my statement is racist so is demanding more of color coaches.

That’s true but that’s because your white coaches frown upon your white players

How about an Asian? 5 billion in the world and not 1 is a head coach in college football

If your using 90% of Asian kids to support your league yes.
If they are good enough for CTE they are good enough to have the opportunity to coach.

How about we focus on hiring coaches based on their qualifications rather than about what skintone they have? And im a black guy saying this. Get rid of the race politics.

Glad the school I root for, Michigan, gave the HC job to the most deserving coach, who captained the ship to victory against their toughest regular season opponents. Moore completely revamped the OL, which has been the engine of this resurgence for the offense the last few years.
I think a ton of presidents and ADs around the country would be hesitant to hire a young coach like Moore, even when Harbaugh gave him a ringing endorsement as the obvious successor to the program.
That's why it pissed me off when all these trolls and keyboard warriors were calling him a "DEI Hire". Those idiots use that as a euphemism for what they say behind closed doors and what they wish they could say more freely in public without pushback.

This is why it is hard because they don't want them they know this is the last stronghold that they have for his position in college football they're more qualified than those that are coaching now!!!!

We do not need more black couches. We need good men to make quality coaches. No one needs to be hired based on skin color.

Most aren't intelligent enough to do a good job. They are mostly just figure heads, that have other coaches do all the work. Almost none of them are able to build and run a program on their own. They can recruit though.

No surprise. The power brokers at those schools didn't want to ban fans from waving the Confederate flag in their stadiums; that literally only stopped a decade or so ago.
So it comes as no surprise that they'd want the "people in charge" to look a certain way.
