Really disappointed with West. He didn’t push back at all on Riley’s insane and wrong opinion that FAMILY MATTERS was the best song of the beef.
This was a really great listen and I hope to see more interviews on Turtle Time. I’m loving your interview style. Also the Family Matters thing explains a lot about the times I’m not in lock step with the Turtle Cuties 😂

I enjoyed Turtle Time's first guest episode. West seemed relaxed and having a good time. I really enjoyed the content. Plus I think you now have him as a friend. Congrats 🎉🎉

Yeah, and I had to dislike this video immediately as soon as they said that. Also, of course they prefer Drake over Kendrick. I'm not surprised at all. Drake is pop, commercial and very palatable to most white people since he avoids speaking about social justice issues.
@@crystalobaseki 100%. It’s so interesting to me as a Black person who some white people believe won, versus who Black people believe won. And it truly speaks to the larger message about Drake’s career and art, as opposed to artists like Kendrick, NWA, etc.

Tbh I kinda think West just bought down the usual vibe that is the TT I know and love. It felt like sports dude crashing my nerdy arty friends gathering.
He has a very short shelf life so he doesn’t have to worry about the hate much longer. And he really should wear pants.
