    If anybody is interested, the Jensen MCR-75 has the same basic internals, and I can confirm it works with that recorder too.

    This cassette player is the most accessible one... Yet is hard to find videos about it... Thanks a lot man!

    So cool man. Most of these youngsters these days never even seen a cassette tape. This is awesome!

      Thanks!! I found it funny when I heard someone say what's VHS? I think cassette tapes are making a huge comeback!

      @@DECIMA1 Haha yeah that's a trip man. I personally want an old-school phone booth in my garage to do some recording in. Now those are like ancient relics now too. When I talk about phones in booths taking coins to make a short phone call, these kids look at me so puzzled. 😁😆

    I had missed this one man. Nice job. It sounds amazing. So useful for tape heads.

    What values of potentiometers are you using ?

    • @DECIMA1
      @DECIMA1  Před 6 měsíci

      The pots will change the intensity of the speed so see what you like best I think I used a 100k and 10k for the video

    Didn't say value if pot!?!

    When doing this on a older cassette, the only thing I can find is it going up in speed, I can't find anything that slows it down. I cant find a trim pot either. Not sure what to do

    • @DECIMA1
      @DECIMA1  Před rokem

      What cassette player do you have? There might not be a trim pot but there might be something on the circuit board that you can manipulate.

    • @Nilbog-Hunter

      @@DECIMA1 Lenox sound cassette model 919. Yeah I was looking for anything like a trim pot and most mods I found just sped it up or stopped it.

    • @DECIMA1

      I would use alligator clips and a pot to mess around with the circuit board to find something. You can also try looking up a schematic
