Hey Mr. Smelly, I tried a sample of Gravitas and quite enjoyed it but I wished it leaned more towards warmer weather based on what else I've got in my rotation/collection. I'm very intrigued by this news. Eau Sauvage Parfum 2017 is my most favorite scent, so I'll DEFINITELY be keeping an eye out for this.

Sounds like it will be great Dan, a new take on classic chypre crossed with citrus cologne. Made me think Pour Monsieur(chypre) + feiro (lemon grass) + Eau Sauvage + royal water ( lime and juniper note).
On another note have you thought to expand your shipping to your brother's down under. Aussie's and Kiwis are feeling left out and sad 😞.

Best of luck MrSmelly! I really like your videos and sense of humor. I also like your realistic and down to earth approach to fragrances (unlike someone with the aforementioned f-word in his name). Chanel Pour Monsieur EdT is one of my favorites. That's probably something up your alley too. I haven't tried the Naughton & Wilson Gravitas cologne yet but might do so in the future together with the new one. What I can say already is that the presentation looks very good. I like the appearance of the bottle and the cap. They convey high class.

I bought a used bottle of Gravitas pour homme from an ebayer and it was the biggest mistake of my life..... I should have gone for a full bottle! 😂 ...Classy stuff...I wore it to an interview this morning and it was a much needed confidence booster. I wore the same shirt in the evening for a quick errand (needed to head out to a photo studio nearby for a passport size photo) and could get whiffs of it and it smelt really nice. It isn't intended to be a beast smelling fragrance so it is safe to over spray if you want it to last a bit longer. Hoping the new flanker will address this issue of longevity.

I didn't know "bon viveur" was used in english, in french we would use "bon vivant" instead.

It's not used in English
"Bon Vivant" is correct
Both are used in English. Both are fine in English and are found in both British English dictionaries (Collins, Cambridge, Macmillan, etc.) and American English dictionaries (Merriam-Webster). It's an example of where one language will take something from another that isn't used the same way in the original language. Another example of this from French into English is the use of "encore" instead of "bis" at the end of a concert.
@@voltigeur1850 Just because a word has been thrown in a dictionary does not mean its gets used AKA common day speak or writing / drafting. There are literally (no pun intended) millions of words in the English dictionary that are not used. English is my native tounge and I have never heard or seen either of these words used before in the UK or Australia. But I guess there is now a first thanks to Mr Smelly.
