Can we find LCM of 1,2,3,4,6,8,9 = 72 and then find out three different ways (X,Y,Z) to express it, with one element common in Y and Z (that is E) and another common in X and Z (that is B)?

Sir, I eliminated 0, 5 and 7. Then took LCM of 1,2,3,4,6,8,9 = 72 (Product of each row column has to be 72). Put A=1 and figured out the rest by simple logic and some hit and trial. Is it a good approach?

After 0,5,7 are taken out, 8,9 are the only numbers sufficient to derive the rest of the digits. So the no. That we get when we multiply A*B*C or other equations, should be a multiple of both 8 and 9 . Therefore Lcm of 8,9 will be the ans to the equation (i.e. 72). Once the no. Is known, the rest is to select three different sets of factors from the rest of the numbers and arrange them in the box.
I felt this would easily do the job.

sir one more way to start question can be .If no numbers are repeated total no. of 2's and 3's are 7 and 4.and we know total no. of 2's nd 3's have to be a multiple of 3 ..so that they can be equally distributed in three side of equation.Which gives total number of 2's must be 9(next multiple of 3) and total number of 3's is 6(next multiple of 3).That clearly means numbers repeating are 2x2=4 & 3X3=9

I solved it with the no. of 0s, 2s, 3s, 5s, 7s I have. I got there is only one 0, one 7, and one 5. I need more than one bcz to balance the product in the other row and column I will need the same digit or multiple of it. So, 0,5,7 are not any of the seven digits. Hence, I got the first question very quickly. Now I have one 1, seven 2s, and four 3s. For the second question, I just guessed a number that I can get by multiplying powers of 2 and 3. And I looked at the given expression and got two numbers are repeating ( B, E). I got, the number is 72 and three groups that can give it with no. of 1, 2, 3 I have. The pairs were (6,3,4), (9,8,1), and (9,2,4).

Sir at 4:22 you said digits which don't have factors so you took 5,7 but 3 also doesn't have any factor, so why did you skip?
you have to eliminate the numbers whose multiples or factors are not within 0 to 9. if you take 3, you have 6 which is a multiple of 3. All the numbers apart from 0,5,7 fall in this category.

It's always easy to crack your answer down from the options given. In the given question, 2 and 3 isn't there.Speed matters in solving these type of questions

In this question, sir mentioned that we will take those digits which doesn't have any factor, then why have we not considered 2 & 3 also?
because we got 6 and 8 as the other digits which are multiples of 3 and 2, similarly if question gave us 10 as one of the digit we would have taken 5 in that case because you can still get a digit that is a multiple of 5 and 10

Your answer is correct you just solved the table upside down only digits at extremes interchanged but that doesn't matter as we are concerned here with their product, just reverse the table you will get the same as the ans shown in the video
