@@itimdesigner The ladder at 0:27 has 23m rescue height. The truck at 2:59 has 90m but it´s a mast not a ladder.

There is a difference between a Telescopemast and a ladder. I am not sure if London Brigade has the highest Ladder in Europe, but if they do have a ladder with the height of 64m that is definitely possible as the highest ladder at the Moment is the Magirus M68L (I guess it is easy to guess that the 68 stands for 68m) and that one has only been delivered into non European Countries till now.
The TM90 (TeleskopMast90[m]) is a Telescope mast as the name already suggests. A TM is different to a ladder. On a ladder it is possible to take the ladder (of lifts in the bigger variants) to take a lot of people down without having to move the ladder up and down all the time, which translates into its most important usage in most brigades which is the rescue from people out of higher places with putting out a fire as secondary work if the first one isn´t needed any more.
A Telescope mast on the other hand isn´t really suited for rescue of more than two maybe three persons from a place. A Mast is a Mast meaning you don´t have the capability to take a ladder or lift down from the highest place instead the whole Mast has to to completely fold back down to get people down, that is of course not optimal - in a Video by Feuerwehr-Magazin this Mast needed 2minutes to completely unfold and fold back, but that was obviously cut down in time, I think it is realistic to say you would need at least 5minutes to save 2 people from full height- for the rescue of people from heights, but that also isn´t the usage they are foreseen for.
Because the positives for a Mast are that it can transport a lot of water way higher than a ladder while being more compact for the same height achieved (The Magirus M68l and the TM90 are around the same length and width when driving, give or take half a meter, but the TM achieves 22m more with it, that´s nearly a whole normal ladder on top) which also leads to the use they see.
The TM90 you have seen here is the highest we have in Europe and it isn´t in use with a normal fire brigade but by the plant fire brigade (=Werksfeuerwehr what one could read written on it) of the power plant Neurath which is the second biggest Power Plant in Europe and got two new Blocks back in 2012 which have their introduction of coal (one of the most common places for a fire in a power plant) at 77m which is higher than a normal ladder can reach. That´s why RWE bought this TM90 for its fire brigade. You don´t have the need to rescue people from that height, as they only are up their for maintenance so if a fire happens no people will be up their or at maximum a handful which the TM can handle if needed. On the other hand if a fire happens up their you really need a lot of water which a Mast can give you way better than a ladder.
So a TM and a Ladder are two completely different thinks, and are not really suited to compare them. While one will deliver water really good up high the other is way better at transporting people up and down and generally a bit more versatile. It´s why you will see a TM more often in this fire brigades of companies which have a fire sensitive system were you will need a lot of water transported up high while a ladder is more common for a fire brigade of a city/town just because they are way better for the everyday use of those brigades.
here are two links if you want to read more up about the TM90 here seen and the M68L/M64L Ladders used by London and other big city brigades which also highlight their difference more. Warning they are in German but should be easy translated via Google or DeepL also the data stays the same.
