    Why Pip/Tazo has this efficacy though, Pip is a good substrate (R) and Tazo has no inhibition on AmpC?

      Pip Tazo has some in vitro efficacy in naive repressed AmpC. As Tazo or Pip are not inducers. If cefepime MIC is 2 or more, Pip tazo maybe used, but overall Mero would be better. Once derepressed, piptazo will not work at all

      Lighting varies as the speaker moves. This makes the camera out of focus
