Hey gang, I was playing around with the deck the other day. I realized there is possible a better end board for the "Rescue cat + 1 other tri-type monster board" everything else is the exact same but at the point where you revive with Cross Sheep, revive kitt instead of Besti since Kitt has not used her effect yet. Then activate Kitt, banish 3 for simorgh, then link off Kitt, Cross Sheep, and Tamer Editor for a 3 Mat Apollo. You do lose your Tamer Editor but you get the 3 negates from ApolloUSA which is probably better. If you think I missed something else, let me know.

@@andrewelymedina6381 You summon the link 3 Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty, the only requirement is one of the material has to be a winged beast so typically I'll use test panther and then equeste or bestiari or even gyzarus. Then at the end phase Simorgh can summon any winged beast from hand or deck with a level equal to the number of unused spell and trap zones, so there needs to be at least 7 open zones to summon Mist Valley Apex Avian. When your opponent activates a card or effect Apex Avian can return one mist valley card to hand to negate the activation and destroy the card so since he himself is a mist valley card, you return himself to hand and it negates the card. Bonus if Simorgh survives to the end of that turn, you can summon Apex Avian again. Hopefully this long ass response answered your question.
@@xDiablos305 Both lose to Ash Blossom LFG. But if you don't have the bystial stuff yet, I'd highly recommend picking them up over Wind-up, they are insane and I've been having a ton of fun running them in a bunch of decks. Wind-up is very very fun though.
I also am a very big Gladiator Beast fan (in fact, in my channel I have 3 old combos with it, that it began by me wanting to show how strong Test Tiger really was) And then... I came across your video and oh boy.... many things came to mind :D But first, I was completely impressed with what Zealantis can do! But, then it got me thinking..."How can we exploit this technique even further?" Also, one thing that I thought to be a nice inclusion in any Rescue Cat build is a copy of any level 3 Scareclaw monster, that we can link to Light-Heart, and with that add Reichphobia which will add Reichheart which will lastly search Scareclaw Clash. This gives us a searchable negate against Dark Ruler No More or even against Forbidden Droplet (if they don't send a trap with it) any of these 2 is usually our demise but the real issue here is... what can I do with Zealantis? what about instead of Rescue Cat, we search Rescue Ferret with Shuraig's effect. And then, Rescue Ferret can SS Rescue Cat and another monster, and then Rescue Cat can SS another 2 (so, by going with Ferret we can summon 3 monsters instead of 2, just to note that the 2 monsters brought with Cat are negated... which we mostly we can use for Link Summon) But this is just the tip of the iceberg. With Ferret, anything is possible! We can be crazy enough to SS even Fossil Dyna. And since we have Zealantis on the field, we can guarantee that they are not going to destroy Fossil Dyna by battle since we can destroy during the battle phase the only normal summon attacking monster they have. Definitely not dumb, definitely a universal experience with this crazy ass game. I've been there a million times, I'll finally see someone play a deck I play or I'll see a list running cards and I don't understand why they are in there until I finally watch someone else do the lines.
Hey mate could you splash kittytail the mystical beast of the forest in this deck ? Help with a bit more consistency? Big fan of how you explain it all combos and all
Kittytail is pretty interesting and I've never really played around with her. I could see it doing something where you manage to get a beast or winged beast into the grave and then could send Kitt or Nerval to trigger their effects. I'm just not quite sure how you might get a monster in the grave to get Kittytail's effect live. Otherwise I would see her bricking you up a bit and in this deck we need to run as few bricks as possible. I have seen Kittytail in some melffy builds so maybe there is something there. Could maybe put some real slow control melffy deck together that includes glad beasts, maybe not even the tri-brigade stuff. You control the board the first couple turns or so, then have an explosive turn with Dragases to set up an unbreakable board. Kittytail possibly could fit in there.
I know tri-brigade has gotten a couple of other cards like tri-brigade roar. I need to some testing on if it helps the deck or if there are any other cards out there. I've got a couple other videos I'm working on now, but I'll try to revisit this one if I can.
Do you consider of making new video for this deck? I play this deck multiple of time and single ash or imperm with stop the combo. And not really can play under maxx c. Do you think thrust would help this deck? Like turbo the simorgh and set feather storm with thrust if interupted by opp hand trap
I honestly haven't touched the deck in awhile. I know we now have tenki and fraktall to 3 now so that probably helps Admittedly yes the deck can super fold to interruption. If you can make space, thrust could be a solid choice but I'm not sure what could be searched that would be best other than maybe setting a blowout or could set revolt. Also, last night the new pack just dropped and there was some tri-brigade support in there. Like Tri-brigade Roar may be great in there, it'll take some testing. I have a couple of other decks and videos I'm working on now but I'll try to give this deck a revisit.
It probably totally could. I might have to play around with that. Use cross sheep to link to Elf, Elf revive kitt, kitt summon simmorgh or something. Or just use kitt as a way to go into elf. I'll have have to play around with that, thank you.

Sorry for the late reply. In terms of synergy, not that I'm aware of. I'm not the most knowledgeable about all of the fur hire cards other than some of the main ones like rex, rookie, folgo, etc so maybe there is one I'm not aware of. I was trying to think of something where you're tagging out glad beasts with rookie and making some play but nothing is coming to me. The biggest issue I've found with gladiator beast main deck monsters is all of them might as well be normal summon do nothing monsters since they need the battle phase to do anything impactful so you need to get them on the board, stick the board, survive to the battlephase (so going first is out), survive the battlephase, and then lose on the spot to ash blossom when they try their tag out effect. For the modern day game I found they are most successful board building by getting out Tamer Editor and looping the effect. So you can definitley run a more pure build of glads but cards I found they work best with are cards that don't eat your normal summon just so you can get out panther and get some loop going. Like I've had builds where I'm on Shade Brigadine. Hope this long winded response made some sense, feel free to hit me up with a follow up question or if you have some thoughts about synergy.
