I don't know of course all the countries they have their dialect but in the song he spoke acedemic arabic. He said that makes one. Mami is Algerian and Alegria people have thier own accent of Arabic that other Arab countries can't understand, Fouzia is not 100% mimicking bcz Morocco and Alegria have similarity in Arabic accents, all these accents are Arabic of course but not all Arabs can understand them all
