This special dish is a part of Turkish cuisine and we will use two different sauces when making beyti kebab.
Our first sauce will be to use on lavash. This sauce will add a unique flavor to our beyti kebab. Our other sauce will make the kebabs more delicious when we put it on the tray during the cooking process. First of all, after oiling our baking dish, we arrange the lavash on the tray and cook it a little first. Then we take them out and put the second sauce on them and put them back in the oven.
