Discussion on coaching methods/ideologies w/ OCE ChallengerSeries(?) coach

This is a long discussion which occurred on stream between myself and an OCE CS ? coach who requested this, regarding a ton of different topics pertaining to coaching. Eventually in this call I gradually fall into the belief that this person is none other than a November Coach, and the conversation shifts towards why I believe people like that are harmful for players / people wanting to learn in league.
