It's because the program keeps nope perfectly in pitch, but when it does that it isn't necessarily in pitch with the key itself. For example in a major chord, if all notes were perfectly in pitch, the chord would be way out of tune, so the third of the chord needs to adjust to the chord to fit perfectly making the third play a little flat to be in the chord and blend
Obviously great that you're sharing music, I would recommend replacing the trombone sound with a french horn; it imitates the trombone much better, especially in the lower register.
