I cut the eggplants and baked them in the oven.

olive oil
30 minutes in the oven / 190C / 374F /
Breadcrumbs 120 g / 1 cup
Salt 1⁄2 tsp
Pepper 1⁄4 tsp
3 cloves of garlic
parsley
1 onion
Mushrooms 300 g
butter
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Fry the mushrooms over high heat for 3 minutes.

Hab es schon 2 mal nachgekocht und bin begeistert! Hatte das erste mal keine Pilze und habe es mit mini Tomaten gemacht und es war auch sehr lecker. Heute hatte ich es mit Pilze gekocht und was soll ich sagen? Es ist der Wahnsinn, hätte ich am Anfang nicht gedacht
