Sometimes alone time doing what you love is the best therapy. Just take care of what you need to take care of first. Family and life is always first, the channel comes later. But the other side of that is sometimes your escape when you're filming and your interaction with friends is needed as well. Find the balance, but please don't stress on the channel.
