I don't know too many people using the Akai Fire. How do you like it?
@@thisisalbe I think it is nice, I often use the keyboard function on it. The only thing I don't like that much about it is that the pads are not velocity sensitive. But it is a fun tool to have for fl studio😊
Arturia and mpk mini I got a launch key it feel cheap

As someone who picked up FL Studio during Black Friday, glad to see this video as most Midi keyboards seem to include functionality aimed towards Ableton Live
Just got the Keylab MKII 61 Key a few days ago along with the Output Everything Bundle. Been looking for a Keyboard with this much control. This is the absolute best controller hands down

@@thisisalbe I think it's when you use a piano key routed to an arp say, and you hit that key. Key switch isn't it?
But does all the extra keys work out of the box on FL Studio? Or do we stil have to link it manually? (also with other vst's Like nexus or Avanger etc?)
Atm I got a Novation impulse, great midi but its actually not for FL.

If you are in the market for a new keyboard and you mainly use FL Studio I would say get the FL key.
If you use many DAWs I would say consider the oxygen pro series.
Why then does Arturia not have pre-loaded settings for FL Studio?

Tragic. The MK3 is much better. Maybe you could sale the MK2 and upgrade? Honestly the only reason I would upgrade would be for the infinity knobs. If you don't use the knobs much...I wouldn't worry about it
@@thisisalbe yeah I guess I could do that, is the keys a bit better on the MK3?I feel the MK2 is a tiny bit too "plasticy".. The knobs is not in as much use for my sake, I guess I should try using them more tbh 😁

Hey dude. Need to ask if the midi keybord sounds natural when you play on it. I mean if it's possible to reach the natural velocity automatically like on real synths or pianos.
They sound pretty similar. FL studio and most keyboards have it where you can set the velocity or sensitivity so that is something you’ll want to play with too

I really like the Arturia Keylab but it doesn't have FL studio in the DAW mode. Which mode do u choose when u use it with FL?
I end up using user mode and my custom template. It works well with that since it's a template I made to work how I want.
There's a MIDI script that's free from a software developer who mapped EVERYTHING in FL and did a superb job. I'd check him if you want to add FL in DAW mode. You can add Al Be's User temp with it since they're on different tabs

is the m-audio oxygen pro worth it for fl ?
I personally did not like the M-Audio line of keyboards.

Hey Krishna, I don't have a top 3 mini synths honestly. I have the Sequential Prophet 6 full synth right now that I am LOVING! Keep an eye out for a video on my top 3 plugins both paid and free.
@@thisisalbe sorry I think I meant top 3 midi keyboards. By the way. I bought one of your config packs.... Was really helpful for FL studio. Before purchasing it, Was definitely scratching my head on why those buttons were not working.
That's funny because when I first was planning the video, I was going to do 'Top 3 MIDI Keyboards' until I sat down to script it out. I have like 6 MIDI keyboards in the studio right now 🤣. I will definitely do one of those in the near future. I have some plugin reviews on the way right now then back to the MIDI controllers. Stay tuned!

No you can download pretty much all of the software from their website.
My tastes have evolved. I'm no longer interested in her MIDI that does a mean cow bell. Instead, I want a MIDI that does 10 hours of the 'Shhh' sound on repeat.

Not really. Someone has to be pretty reckless to really damage a MIDI keyboard.

Because I see that Kontrol A49 has integration with Arturia plugins
