Just subbed sweet rip! My son pulled a Bijan Downtown too Congrats! It’s not the international, has for examples the ‘Peaches” in the artwork for “Georgia Peach” etc…International/London Downtown would have the background of London on it. Super Bowl Downtowns will be obvious. Not all rookies get the “Rated Rookie” tag some will just get the RC. Panini seems to mix this up year to year whether they do it or not. Great score you are one of the lucky ones!

I just opened a blaster last night and got the same exact pack with the stroud and the Clark Phillips. I went back through all other cards and that Phillips is the only RC with the shield I found. Weird as hell for sure. Would like to know more myself
Haven't seen anything up here in the wastelands of Montana. That is unless you count the local card shop selling them for $80 a box.

So a few years back Donruss Optic had RC and Rated Rookies. For the last two or three years they made them all Rated Rookies. They must have switched back to the old format.
I’ve only saw Clark Phillips as a non rated rookie

Wal mart isn’t selling them those are resellers them and have a way to sell through the wal mart site. They buy up all the product and resell for like double the price
