I virtually cried into tears to listen that Pakistan has space for 30 lac Afghan refugees but no space for 3 lac Stranded Pakistanis in Bangladesh. They have been facing hardships in Bangladesh just because they voiced for Pakistan in 1971. May Allah help them and resolve their issues.

A boy was speaking Urdu in Bangladeshi bus . He start arguing with bus employees with fare. He was beaten and almost thrown away from the running bus , bus employee was shouting ‘Bihari shala’ I was in that bus . As a Bangladeshi I still feel bad . I live in USA now . I see all Pakistani’s are so friendly with Bangladeshi people.

Let me clear something. I live in Mohammadpur near Bihari camp.
First of all we live in peace and everyone especially the educated generation treats them as any other fellow Bangladeshi. There are still some stigmas or stereotypes against them due to their role in 71 and vice versa but the current generation is totally different. Things really started changing after 2000. Many of them are integrating with Bengalis... Here lots of business shops run by them. If you go to a barber shop or kebab shop 80 percent chances of being a Bihari shop. They do live in Mirpur and in north Bengal like sayedpur ,dinajpur as well. When I was in medical college our respected teacher a well renowned surgeon was Bihari and everybody respected him. Truth is many of them still prefer to live in camp because of the sense of community or unfortunately they preferred to stay behind for some political reasons and benefits they get as inhabitants of camp.
When I was a little kid I went there to buy some goods for Eid ul adha. An old man scolded me in Urdu as I was speaking in Bengali there. That's how the situation was. But now many Bihari live outside camp and have a better life.
I know a pretty large Bangladeshi community still living in Pakistan in a camp in Karachi in the same condition.
At last I wanna say we love them as brother and sister of faith and as fellow humans. And I think they have given a Bangladeshi citizenship recently as well. I m not sure about Bangladeshi stranded in Pakistan given Pakistani citizenship though.
They ( those who born after 16 December 1971) have given citizenship long ago by high court. They are recognized as 'Urdu speaking Bangladeshi' by Bangladesh high court. They have every rights now as any Bangladeshi.
In Pakistan we still didn’t given them citizenship, so sad. Bangladesh is better than Pakistani government

You didnt get the point dude. In 1947, their grandfathers had decided to move to East & West Pakistan already. These Bihari Muslims decided to move to East Pakistan and settle there. Then, Bangladesh happened. They were left stranded in Bangladesh. Their India story ended in 1947. Its between Bangldesh and Pakistan. India has no role to play here.
