Life Saving Equipment Onboard Ships

All ships must carry certain emergency and life-saving equipment. This equipment must meet minimum standards and must be properly tested.
In this video, I will discuss this life saving equipment that shuould be present onboard ships. One thing to keep in mind is not all ships have all of this life saving equipment I mentioned in this video.
It depends on the ship type, number of passengers and crew on board and the requirement pertaining to safety regulations that determine the type and quantity of life-saving equipment available.
1. Life Boats.
2. Life Rafts and Inflatable Buoyant Apparatus.
3. Rescue Boats.
4. Life Preservers or Personal Floatation Devices.
5. Survival Suits.
6. Communication System
7. Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB).
8. Distress Signals.
9. Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.

You can add another one. Flares or smoke doesn't last really long . You can put some helium cartridge inside a box , a balloon , a colour changing led lights which runs on small battery and some fishing thread long ones. Start the led lights shove it inside the balloon inflate it with helium and release it'll stay up for quite long & keep on signaling the actual position and it fits in a box . Well I thought about fire works and flares and then thought what if they didn't notice it coz it's short times or I run out rockets or flare . The balloon will stay longer & keep on signaling.

This is not new . Someone out there also might though about it & probably using it for SOS . The thing is it's not commercialised so couldn't find such device on local market in ship breaking yard . If you make it I can buy it for cheap & probably with lots of new additions.
