How can a legal ruling that not technically, but literally affects national law based on a legal decision by a qualified court ruling, by a federally appointed judge be only applicable to certain Americans and certain members of certain organizations? That is a load of BS if I've ever heard one. That means even the ATF has more jurisdictional authority than a federal court, because when they make decisions it applies to EVERYONE! Absolute absurdity! .

Man, if the courts keep issuing injunctions only for members of 2nd amendment groups and the named plaintiffs, pretty soon only people with memberships to these organizations will have their rights intact. We need these courts to issue national injunctions.

If somebody chooses to not donate money to these organizations, that is entirely their choice. These injunctions need to be issued nationally, not only for members of certain 2A organizations.

Is this injunction good for members that don’t live in the northern district of Texas? If so I don’t see how they can continue to try and pick up triggers because they don’t know who is a member and would be in violation and possibly contempt of court if they knock or send a letter to a member.

can you please comment if the Rare Breed FRT reliability has been fixed with the spring channel that crimps? What brand FRT is the most reliable? I have a DMR BCM RECCEE 18KMR with AEM5 suppressor. I want reliability so please comment back with your knowledge because right now I am afraid to touch a FRT if reliability is compromised.

That's great, BUT... this will be appealed for a stay in the injunction... thus nothing changes. And it goes to trial.

Since triggers are unregistered and a person pays with cash or however , how would they know WHO bought the triggers to begin with?
