Saw it live. Rifling doesn't account for most of the damage of a bullet.
All modern guns are rifled, the spin actually decreases speed as some of the energy is expended in spinning rather than simply moving forward. How fast the rifling makes the bullet spin can slightly influence speed. But the amount of change is not significant.

The way this works is if you are grouped up with two competent players then the rest of the squad will rank up alongside them when you play together consistently, no way if someone like gigi were playing solo she'd even reach silver 4 lol

There is no way it comes from the spin, the rotational energy in a bullet is much lower than it's kinetic energy so if you stop a bullet you need to do much more work against the direction it moves than the direction it spins in order to stop it. I'm not sure if this is the case if it goes through tho.
