The bad review on heartstopper genuinely frustrated me. Love, Victor was very questionable at some points. Heartstopper is supposed to be a cringey teenage romance, no teenage romance went without it's cringey moments. And the fact that they are upset about TEENAGERS not being shown having sexual relations is incredibly uncomfortable. They are minors and heartstopper eventually touches on that topic and does a great job at showing Charlie and Nick talking about those boundaries and not being ready for that step.

This was exactly what I thought when I heard that review like how can someone think Love Victor showed queer teens better than Heartstopper.
And then people wonder why young pre teen/teen actors go off the rails sometimes when you have reviewers saying they are "ugly". The cast of stranger things are kids, who look like kids and I don't think any of them were ugly, and they have certainly grown into them selves as the show has progressed.

To the person who said that Stranger Things is a kid version of Silent Hill, you clearly haven’t played Silent Hill because besides the monsters, it’s nothing like Stranger Things.
Silent hill is literally one of the main inspirations from the show creators.
Not going to lie, I got 'Stranger Things' immediately when the review said the kids were unattractive, and you couldn't tell the guys and girls apart. Also, I can't believe no one got the "wax on, wax off" reference for the 'Cobra Kai' review. 'The Karate Kid' is so iconic, what the heck!
Mind you, those were KIDS, if you cast kids based on atractivness, then you should be doing something else, or jail

i guessed heartstopper from the first review like everyone hates on heartstopper cuz like saying it's cringy and heartstopper is not cringy it's a healthy representation of lgbtq community and alice osemen is my fav author and she had inspired me to write my own short story eternal blossoms it is focused on gl and heartstopper is my fav show and book

why did it take everyone so long to get the answer i was there literally pressing my imaginary buzzer and screaming the answers
so i got heartstopper on the first review, but the second one cemented it completely for me. i remember going through the bad reviews after watching it bc i was bored, and so many of those bad reviews were terrible so i made a tumblr post reviewing the bad reviews. the ENTIRE REVIEW was about how love, victor is great and amazing and how you should really watch that show and how its better in every single way. if i was doing this shoot i just know i wouldve burst out in tears bc idve recognized the review.

I don't understood why people read reviews and rates on movies and decide whether it is worth watching or not based on another's opinion. "Seasons getting worse" me: Riverdale. Although it's more the fact that they lost the plot in season 2
I couldn't even finish the first episode of Fate Saga, it was so bad

@@joshburton4781 It's not about pushing the topic of sexual experiences in someones face, or basing the show solely on sex. It's the way Heartstopper doesn't even address sex as if it doesn't exist in their universe. It's just unrealistic.

@@peaceisnatureit’s not unrealistic it’s just that American shows constantly over sexualise children. Which is frankly gross. The characters in Heartstopper were ages 14-16 in Season 1. Yes it toned down some of the language etc you would expect to hear from teens to some extent in order to make it accessible to a younger audience that are starting to question their sexuality.

I've watched like 6 of these and even though xo, kitty was literally a Wattpad story it's like addicting and I really want season 2 to vome out because lets be honest we all love rivals to lovers plus minho carried the show
