They should add dogs for hog hunting and retrieving birds
Yes they should add more things for goose and duck hunting like mojos and put geese and ducks on the same map

Add dogs in this update with 3 settings:

And chase
They should retreive small game like ducks, rabbits, and quail
They should chase racoons into trees
Make it so you can make them stay in a spot close to your treestand, tripod, or blind. You put them in a spot you won't always be watching and they will be the eyes in the back of your head, alerting you when they see something.
As far as breeds this is up to you and the rest of the community but I would like to see a Redbone Coonhound.

just went to the spot on this video and the second flock that came in a level 5 diamond goose came in and about 1 hour later i have just shot another . thank you so much for the spot with out you i would of not got two diamond goose in the sam hunt . great vid

I always watch his vids, but just can't get his hunting technique down.
just look up drink times and run lake to lake for most animals theres maps you can find with general areas of animals. also found a diamond guide for silver ridge on the steam forums id check them out
His strat: go around shooting everything you see that is worth it-this gets a lot of random respawns and then repeating the process will effectively get random trophies. However specifically targeting a species will just speed up the process.

I’ve gotten 2 big four diamonds so they definitely can make diamond. They were 8.56 and 8.58
I got my first rare Mountain Lion 2 days ago it was a level 7 gold melanistic
I´m nearing 1000h in the game now, and I think I´ve found some very nice trophies so far, but it just came to my mind that in all my time of playing, I could never get a diamond boar that´s not from the mission - neither from my map nor from multiplayer. However, my friend has had two diamonds on his Medved and Hirschfelden maps, but he´s also had a melanistic and a blackgold boar, a melanistic and an albino roe deer, an albino fox, five diamond geese and many more crazy trophies. I´ve never heard of someone else having that much luck on their Hirschfelden map, but as the developers have stated that the chances of spawning rares and diamonds should be the same for everyone, I´m wondering what you think about this. Personally, I´ve experienced it very often that some players just have abnormous luck (e.g. All of the Above - of course in combination with lots of respawns, but still extreme luck), whilst others (who I feel I´m a part of) don´t get nearly as cool spawns or respawns, even when putting in the same or more effort into finding trophies. So I´d like to know your experiences with this situation, and also your thoughts on my friend´s luck - imo a melanistic boar alone is one of the rarest rares in the game, but having a blackgold and a diamond as well as two rare roe deer (the melanistic being another candidate for rarest rare of the game) and a rare fox which are crazy rare as well is just utterly crazy and exorbitant luck. Would love to hear your take on that :D

How does he get so many geese to spawn? I literally go to the same field and hardly get a flock every 20 minutes
Idk if it’s the spot or what, but I always had that same issue till I started hunting in that area I did today
Resting through the night helps with respawning stuff.

@@Flintergaming I find I get far fewer geese in this spot than I do down south. In any event, do you know whether the respawn timer on geese is lower than the 3-6 days for the mammals?

You wouldn’t believe what happened to me today . So I waited for new spring ridge peak till 8th hoping it would drop in console and found out they moved it to august so I downloaded steam in pc and bought hunter call of wild with new map dlc and did two mission and went to lake near the first tower and found a lvl 5 pronghorns. The first harvest of the new map was diamond I was so shocked and happy 😆😆😆

If u want to concentrate on getting a diamond goose, use your binoculars and spot each flock as they're coming in. Make sure u use appropriate ammo so u get full integrity.

I got 6 diamond goose in 2 days. I’m a firm believer now in grinding for a specific animal. Once I start killing max weight 4’s I seen I started killing diamond. Plus a max weight 4 can make diamond. I’ve killed 2 of them.

how do you actually progress in this game? I'm three days in and I still have the basic weapons and only get 5 deer on a good day. I've probably camped every drinking spot in the game and I just dont know what to do! the games fun but man is it slow
Explore, do missions, get cash and buy new weapons, get exp and get skills, work on shot placement and quick kills, grind diamonds.
The missions in single player really help you make money early on
DLC might help
Flinter has three flocks at once. I spent an hour for only 6 geese, individual birds, not flocks to show up.
