Thanks so much ! Your video helped me figure out that my black ink cartridges has dried up. The print page never showed the parts in black including the number of the firmware. Silly me !

Sorry, not working for me. Cartridges are full shook them and they swish inside. Not clogged but still blank pages (it's been doing this for months and these are new ink)
