I love how when Toby runs he always looks like he's 2 steps away from catching a chicken.
I'm dead, why is this so accurate 💀
That chicken would not stand a chance
This is one of those times where a forbidden truth has been revealed lmfao it’s so accurate
😂😂😂😂😂😂 accurate
I read this early in the video and spent the whole time just waiting for Toby to run 😂
Absolutely spot on
I dont think you guys realize how better you make miserable Mondays for so many people! Cheers lads and shout out SST for working in conjunction with the Brighton council!
100% True
yeah ❤
Fr especially if ive been cooped up all weekend watching these makes me wanna go outside
And be nicer to people

In a perfect world, Storror could use that entire abandoned walkway as a parkour park. They're the most influential parkour team/brand/athletes out there. It would be huge for parkour and cement Storror and Brighton in parkour history.
I agree to the most parts, the very first phrase though - in the perfect world Brighton Council would sort the area beforehand and organize something using advice of the parkour community. :) Hell, all the British Councils across UK, they need to wake up finally and start making workout/parkour parks on a large scale like in the continental Europe.
Oh yes baby!
They should at least give to the community interested the base infrastructure in a demarcated area, and give them the right and the means to build. The Storror initiative is good (I can see every parkour atlet in UK helping), lets hope that the government take something out of the paper. Greetings from Brazil! 🇧🇷
I’m pretty sure there’s a point in every Storror video where Callum makes me giggle. Perfect delivery of silliness
Was it his comment on Swags availability or his realisation that he was having fun thanks to a notification on his watch? 🤣
I’m thinking about making a compilation of just callums sillyness so I’m happy someone else likes it as much as I do ahhaha
def 26:56 had me hootin 😂🤣
It was “that’s why they call him joe” has me dying
He's like the B of Storror.
This whole thing is incredible. I really hope the government is fine with it and doesn't take it down. Y'all provided people with not only a cleaner area to walk through and chill at, but a place where they can try their hands at parkour. Hats off to y'all.
Anyone who has left that area in such an abandoned state wouldn't exactly have a good excuse for why they suddenly had the time/money to take this down, instead of putting that time/money into actually having that area kept clean in the first place.
Smart politicians would let the area be cleaned and claim this as start of a street artist/creativ project. Legalize it spend ~5k on cleaning and get all the good press articles with your and their names on it. (Also put a shield on the official entrance with something like street project use at your risk for legal purposes).
A local council would never have an issue with someone cleaning up an area and giving it some purpose. The people who work in government are the best of the best, hard-working souls.
/s
@@blacksarlacc91 depends on the local politics could go either way for sure though stamping it with a seal of approval is much smarter & low-effort (especially since much of the heavy lifting is done), but don't underestimate the power of bitterness
@@Vaeldarg You're talking about British politicians. They never have a good excuse for what they do. It never stops them.
I love the way you ended with the youngest guy around...all I could think was he's the future, look what you have given him, what a great 'gift' to share..parkour and a place to practice, hang out, meet people, improve, live the good life. Good work guys. Clever editing, whoever decided it this way. Thanks again. Happy birthday. Happy 9 million. Just happiness all around really.😁
Toby is definitely husband material. No doubt about that. He’s always looking out for the boys and supporting them. He’s that super caring and encouraging friend you wanna have.
That was a great Callum line.
He's just a little edgier and more knowing than Drew.
I've seen nomad women building houses without any power tools. They would say Toby could be wife material 😅🤣🤣
Documentary feels from this with Toby's voiceover, you guys get a lot of credit for your parkour but the videography and storytelling is also top tier!
I consider Their Video {Parkour in UK's worst rated town} to be the best doc ever made
big up the safety team for their engineering prowess
everything here is so structurally sounds it’s crazy
Give it 4 months in that weather and it won’t be. Untreated plywood and all that old used wood will rot and fall apart. It’s awesome they’re doing all this but Unfortunately it won’t last.
@@-Mintyy The old wood looks to have been in the weather a while, it's probably treated since it looks to be in good shape. I hope when it weathers they update it with Formply or marine ply so it lasts a lot longer.
@@1AmTheStig yea I hope so too. And it’s more the plyboard that I was referring to about rotting and falling apart.
as a first draft it's good, as an architect I am working on skatepark and parkour parks right now, and there is a nice sweet intersection between recreational infrastructure and guerrilla interventions. hopefully they try this again somewhere else given this knowledge.
i just watch storror videos and am not a parkour purist...but isnt it against the unwritten rules of the parkour gods to modify the urban spots?...i thought it must be exactly like nature (or the landscaping department of the city..) has made it..
Love to see it lads, I hope the council see it and let you design a proper pk park in Brighton. First part of the video was proper docu stuff, it would be hard for anyone to see that love and passion and not let you guys create one for the community
the voice overs from bob make this feel a different kind of way, its awesome. i remember him saying one of his favourite creators was beau miles, influence coming through with this piece lads. love it
forsure, big beau energy in this one
I love how into CZcams and video making Toby is.
I am pretty sure Brighton Uni Architecture would love to contribute to all this...there used to be some really cool tutors when i studied there a decade ago, they would turn this into a project for the students and you 'd have like 50 ideas how to expand and they would be down to actually build some. I used to run down Madeira when i lived there and what you guys did brought back so many feelings! Respect 👊
I completely agree. Brighton Wastehouse vibes: genuine community building built out of found/discarded material. This would be such a good thing to see in Brighton. Hell, even a collaboration with some of the local artists, some of the incredible creative/fringe/festival doers and shakers in the area to contribute to a regeneration.
There was something similar done in Dumfries with The Stove Network who started the process to regenerate their town centre, this sort of thing could be a genuine catalyst to drive some development on this disused space... And who wouldn't want to walk down and see skaters/parkour/artists making and doing on a sunny day?
I am a boy who met Drew last week, i can say i did not expected that and he made my day very happy. All these mates are very gentle like in the videos and i am very happy to be part of this community.
Such inspirational and good people❤❤
Keep up with the things amd parkour you do STORROR.
That's what happens when good people start a channel out of passion and stick with it - shame youtube dosent protect people like storror
insert storror whistle from the joiners.
Big up join squad
Toby's soothing voice is perfect in the role of the narrator. Can't believe you weren't bothered the whole time you've been working on this inspiring project in front of a beautiful scenery. You did an amazing job including a proper first session👍.
'What you seek is seeking you' ~ Rumi ~
Revitalizing urban areas, unlocking the playfulness of architecture, inviting the community to join, its fantastic. I had a paper published on those topics and Storror along with other parkour groups. Its great to see the vibrant energy that the Storror team brings and that even the worst areas can still have plenty of use and hidden beauty.
Can one read the paper somewhere?
Sounds very interesting
Bob the builder in his element 🔨
Seriously, the end of this vid, everyone congregating, doing little challenges with the sun going down on the peer, on something that you built and reclaimed from worse than nothing, that stuff right there would bring a tear to a glass eye.
Storror army for life.
This is genuinely one of the best things you guys have done. The greatest people in this world are the ones who create things, not for profit but for the community and the sheer joy of it. Fingers crossed the council continues to ignore the space and let's you rock your little DIY park in peace.
This was like a little documentary. Brilliantly filmed and executed.
"That what you seek, is inside of you" amazing quote
Thanks to the STORROR safety team for making this possible.
Actually I believe this spot was completely written off by the Safety Team.
"Sorry lads, one dive roll and you're gonna look like a pin cushion." 😳
Prompting the lads to change their mind with a big renovation project.
Shut up ffs. Safety team joke was already boring years ago. Just let them say it in the video for monetisation and don't mention it.
We still pretending the safety team isn't just Toby.
@@luckyspurs Actually I happen to know a few members personally.
Elvis, Tupac, Bunny Easter, Father Clause and Jonny B. Ravo, to name a few.
Admittedly they've got some suspiciously surreal names between them...
4:23 😂 It is indeed what I was thinking! Spot on, Callum.
he knows us too well
As an architecture student, this is super inspiring. I hope you work stays and city planners learn a lesson for going forward.
Congrats on 9M STORROR. 💖Hard to imagine what parkour would be without your positive influence.
Congrats on 9 MIL boys!
Been watching you for 3 years now, and haven't missed a video! Love the team and all your parkour adventures, keep it up! :D
It's rare, but when the safety team cannot approve, this is what must be done.
Honestly this is what being an influencer should entail, you guys are such an inspiration, taking the time and effort to regenerate and reclaim these spaces is such important initiative!
This has to be one of my favorite Storror videos i've ever seen. Just so fun to see the building process and the passion you guys have for the project. And the Toby(?) narration? On par with Morgan freeman boys. Seeing you guys hit the post afterward being the icing on the cake obviously. Love it guys keep killing it!
Easily one of the sickest Storror videos ever, would absolutely love to see more like this.
Can’t wait to see Drew on this. He’d have thrown the 720° off that top shelf, I bet. Dude is so comfortable with rotations.
How is Callum who is the most muscular out of Storror always the one doing the least physical work🤣
Callum is a short burst high intensity man.
I found that to my cost when I assumed he'd last longest hanging from the bridge, just because he can stride the furthest and most powerfully.
@@luckyspurs yeah but hanging is largely based on weight as well, so it makes sense that that isn't something he is good at
He did all the historical research 😉🤣🤣
Fantastic job guys!
I'd love to see this slowly grow and become a UK Parkour hub.
I'm genuinely hoping to see videos called, "We added to Storror's park!", from people like Team Phat and Dom, where they come and add their own sections.
The potential is massive, because you didn't try to monetise it. ♥️💪
I just bloody love how inclusive you guys are. Of course the building aspect and skills on the 'apparatus' are mind-blowing but the unity of you guys and the parkour community is wonderful to see.
This is mind blowing construction skills to you? Bruh what lmaoo
Is there anyone in Parkour that hates actually Storror?
Like, I get the sense there's a slight rivalry with Phat, despite their team-up video.
Toby has missed his true calling in life! I didn't think I could love the guy more ❤
i don't do parkour but you guys always lift me, seeing what you have done this time round made my heart completley sound, my mushroom friends are allways around, stay safe boys
That kid at the end will have a young vs. now video in 10 years and be able to use those clips. So cool!
Not even done with the video yet... but this has to be one of the best videos by far. absolutely incredible even the feeling I got from watching it.
This was one of the coolest videos y’all have done in a while! Love the energy of building this for everyone! Keep the vibes boiz!
just combined the two most satisfying things to watch on the internet, didn't think you could get more entertaining then you levelled the game up
As a skateboarder, i really love the diy vibe. Some of the best skateparks in america started as diy spots just like this
Absolutely class, I haven’t finished the video yet so I don’t know what you’re going to finish the wood with. Although I will add that chipboard and mdf are super porous and will get very rotten and brittle after a few rain showers. I pray it holds up !
I love the editing! The overlaying of different shots is so smooth at 14:10
bro i didnt even realize thats what was happening i thought it was just a line lmao, that is actually crazy.
This video is a feeling. Doing a Physical Activity in that Cold Weather.
Seeing Toby walking, holding those woods triggered a deep-seated winter season feeling from inside me.
Those namu beats fit so nicely over this vid. Big vibe.
Proud of Toby for finally pushing through this. When councils and goverments become the managers of public spaces, they sadly also become more gatekeepers than anything else. They become obstacles instead of enablers. They don't have the vision nor the incentives to make public spaces really serve the public. Take back what's yours, set a positive example for the community. Among the few who have the time, the resources and the opportunity to make things like this happen... most choose to stay comfy on the sofa. But you stepped up; and it makes a difference.
Great creative and positive energy to make something like this! You should get some graffiti mates to create an art piece on the wall over the structure!
I can also see the council picking up on these kinds of initiatives, and might be open to a more permanent version of this in collaboration with the community once the site gets its glow-up.
The lo-fi urban documentary style really suits you guys!
You guys are the best! To everyone reading this. Sending lots of positive happy safe peaceful vibes your way! 🙏
You too!!
Hats off to Toby for the incredible work, you are a man of many talents! I enjoyed this alot! Awesome to see so many people that I watch at the same spot at the same time. Thanks for making this spot possible, hopefully Brighton sees it the same way.
Wow honestly, this might be one of the coolest things you guys have ever done. Absolutely incredible job. The hard work was definitely well worth it, well done lads
Every Brighton video takes me back to the two months I spent there, such a wonderful initiative to make something new out of an old forgotten part of the town
The narrative of Toby’s voiceover really adds to the story. It feeling like a Storyville documentary or something. The parkours not bad either 😊
How many times am I going to forget it’s Monday? Thank you for this surprising and awesome upload, even if I shouldn’t be surprised.
I thought it was Tuesday today for some reason.
same xD
@@zGJungle It's Tue here
that is one of the coolest things you guys have done
i wish more people where like Storror! Clean a place, build it up so it looks nicer, getting in touch with people and have fun!
Nice Community! Cool and also skill'd Parkour-Guy's!
This is a labour of love. Thank you, Storror, for showing care of public space
Monday! Time for Storror!!
see now that is what a community is supposed to do. help each other out for the sake of others. love what you guys have done, and love to see the pure joy on every ones face as they have a place that was made with them in mind. i hope we get to see more of this place and possibly add ons or other places.
Toby is the voice over king. What can’t that man do ! MVP builder. Well done guys sick !!
Make sure to get that board sealed and painted to make it last; winter is coming.
Loving Toby's narration, real RCA vibes
This spot was crying out for some dive rolls from Drew! Hope to see more of this spot!!
You guys are absolute legends. More people need to take up the call of making spaces like this usable again.
Callum's remarks on Toby had me gufawing! 😅 LOL
this is top-tier Storror. I absolutely love this concept, repurposing a historical spot (that's been totally neglected) and using it to do parkour. Plus the building element of this video is just so fun. Definitely do more of this kind of stuff!
What a lovely community. It really brings a smile to your face seeing stuff like this. Great work!
Yet another reason to visit Brighton.
Fantastic community work.
I could write a social science and build environment themed essay on why this is all brilliant but also actually important in modern Britain. Bravo.
Always a good day when the new Storror drop hits. TBH I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. As a skater back in the nineties there were no parks so we were always collecting pallets and plywood and building ghetto ramps and funboxes in old warehouses or on some wasteground. When the council came along and demolished it we moved on to the next spot. Nice to see the DIY spirit lives on.
This is one of the best videos I've seen in a long time! Not only is it awesome that you guys are creating something incredible for the community and showing how parkour can be such a beautiful part of society, but it's also just a really wonderfully shot, produced, and narrated video!!! Keep being awesome guys and congrats on 9M!
p.s. I understand Toby's desired to keep adding more stuff, with a space like that how could you not
If we all treated the rest of the world the way you guys treated this spot there would be so many more cool places for people to just exist, parkour or no parkour. This is great work guys
Your team's own cinematography is getting really good.
Now that it’s no longer top secret I hope we get more footage in a join video. This looks like so much fun. Max & Benj riding 15’ loose boards across 2 scooters? What? Bob the builder? I have to go now so I can watch it again ✌️💚
Really enjoyed this one, renovating an unloved area with reclaimed materials. Great work - the council should be grateful!!
Absolutely phenomenal work!! I'd love to see a BYOB "Bring Your Own Boards" sequel, where the park is expanded with each person bringing their own piece to add to the legacy. Then spray paint STORROR PARK + every contributors' signature across the top boards. Then hopefully Google Earth will be able to capture and memorialize it forever. 🤩
Callum's so happy just watching people doing Parkour.
What would be super cool
If y’all did something with Ren since he is also from Brighton. I think that would be a super fun video. Great job guys.
I've been so excited for this!! All the clips I've seen look so fun. Congratulations on 9 million! You all deserve it so much 🎉
Toby is so versatile. Parkour legend, Ninja warrior, Climber, and now absolute Chad builder.
Guys, I’ve been following you forever and never missed a video. You are gradually doing much more than just fooling around and shooting videos. You’ve become a culture.
Yet another feather in the Safety Team Cap, the amount of knowledge and expertise in the safety team is boundless :-) cracking Monday video lads xx
This is insane, I lived in Brighton for 25 years and only left in 2018. Can't believe how the council left this. It was perfectly fine and usable last time I saw it!
That giant wall deserves a mural.
This is what its about! Enjoying life and making something out of nothing! Nicely done Storror! 👍
I'm an architecture student and this was one of the most satisfying video to watch for me. You guys turned dead unused public space into a space that's alive. Even if it's just temporary you added a lot to this part of Brighton, because this might actually inspire other creative thinkers or even the council to do something with the space :)
So dope! Hopefully no one tales it down. Would love to see this turn more into a series where you keep improving and adding to the spot!!
The idea of a DIY parkour park is really cool, could be a good (&long) video series, I know skateboarders go wild for that sort of content within the skate-youtube realm
It was good to see Callum doing all the back breaking work while the other scratch their arses 😅😅🤣🤣
You guys should organise a RedBull competition there, they will build for you and when the competition is done you keep all the infrastructure 😜. Good job guys
They would have to slaves to the redbull branding 😅
Probably 😂
Love the documentary style in the beginning. Its really cool to see more of the process. You guys could definitely create the best parkour park if ever given the chance.
I love a slanted wall. You can do so much more on it than a straight one but it still feels cool
11:30 bobs face caught me off guard 😂 same as 12:10 with Josh’s scary fall 😂😅😂
This is so cool , short story we used to have a full DIY skatepark in a street that was in the middle of the city but wasnt connected to annything . It lasted us a couple years of memories before the city destroyed it . Farewell to them they build us a 1.6 million dollar skatepark ! Hope this lasts you guys a long time and build some more memories ! Well done Storror and especially Bob the builder
By far the coolest project I’ve seen in a long while.
Such chill vibes, and to see a glimpse of the fun being made at this park, y’all cleaned up, was such a treat!
Big UPs to ya lads.
Looks amazing enough to catch a flight just to play. 🤘
My dad is a builder and he approves of you guys keep up the good work
Close to 10 mil guys.
It will be insane!
You lads are legends for doing this. It's so good to see people reclaim their local area and take matters into their own hands. We can't depend on the councils to do anything for us anymore, if everyone across the UK took responsibility for sprucing up their own neighbourhoods we could fix the whole place up in no time. I think we're all just afraid the council we rip it down or slap us with a fine but I hope you boys manage to start a trend with this 👊
Most beautiful project I’ve seen in a good while. Have you heard from the council yet? If they are at all into co-creation they should applaude your efforts!
The swagmeister on the tools 🛠
This is the best Video I saw in a long time. It's Parkour. And it heals the world a tiny little bit.
Only just discovered these guys (Yes I realise I’m late to the party 😂) As someone dealing with multiple illnesses and injuries over the past 4 years their resilience and positivity overcoming their own injuries have honestly given me so much encouragement to fight back to health. Thank you guys your videos are awesome and really mean so much to people 💕
