💞Suggestion: whisper for a while when chewing gum. Whispering is more relaxing than talking and the sounds of your gum chewing is among the most relaxing I've ever heard. Hang in there with the pandemic. Some leaders need to move more cautiosly to help keep us as safe as possible. No one should discount their experiences/feelings. This is rough on everyone.😷
