Take a right. Not too far after this you hit Alexandros. Thereâs a left. Go down and after a few twists and turns youâll end up there. If you hit Melevio on your left youâve gone too far. If Melevio is on your right itâs just after Alexandros on your right.
Thereâs a different view but not as good further along, going towards to castle. Youâll see White Donkey on your right and Minerali on your left. Take the path on the left here.

Santorini is a magical place! We were there in 2002, when the "euro' was new & undervalued i.e.$.85 bought one euro! We came by ship & we could either take the tram, go by donkey or walk up the hundreds of steps! I chose to walk up in 100 plus temperature & came close to passing out! My wife & I only had one day to see the Island so we took the town bus to see it from end to end! !We had a great time & thouroughly enjoyed the Greek Islands & highly advocate going!
Wawww, an Amazing video! I love Santorini, I was there for my first time in 1979! And I also remember the film "Summer Lovers", they filmed it in Santorini, I think in 1982 or 1983, I was in those years there! And you can see how was exactly Santorini in those years ! More authentic, most of the people use to live in ΞΟÏα and ÎÎčα, there were some restaurants, and some hotels, and you can stay in some houses which used to rented the people who lived there, now as you can see, most of them they have converted in hotels, night clubs, restaurants,and also the rest of the island, which in those days, you could see many vineyards on terraces and small white domed churches scattered along the island!
Living in Santorini, I have to admit that you did a great job. Awesome video. Hope you had a great time here

This may seriously be the best travel vlog I've ever watched and I watch A LOT of travel vlogs. It was informative, descriptive, honest, and a visual feast for the eyes....absolutely everything you want to know when you visit a place. The only thing I hoped for was to see a shot of a typical restaurant menu prices. Otherwise, awesome awesome video!

Overall Iâd say it was on the expensive side of European prices for dining. But if you looked hard enough there were good prices to be found with trip advisor. Ugh, I agree about the "instagram people". I was just in Cartagena, Colombia and entertained myself by watching the 20-30 year old's posing by the pool and taking selfies. Some of them would do it for at least 20 minutes at a time. I've never been so happy to be in my 40's.

Itâs one of amazing đ and breathtaking place ever as I have been there four years ago and I loved it đđâ„ïžâ„ïžand hope to go again. I went their summer time in August were they have festivals and itâs beautiful đ down to earth but friendly people. As in Sydney is winter âïž
Santorini is heavenly. They have Bea sunrises and sunsets. I like their blue-domed houses cropped against the mountains.
Beautiful! We went to Santorini on a day trip when we visited Crete a few years back.. we were only there for an afternoon but will definitely come back and stay for a few days!

I expected you to visit Acrotiri , the very ancient part after the eruption 10000 years ago. You will see there relics ,remnants and the ancient monuments in one of the most historical museums of Greece. Do not forget to visit in your next visit to Santorini.

We were in Santorini eight years ago as part of a trip for our own 40th anniversary and to attend a Greek/Irish just wedding just outside Athens. All I can say is if you have not been to Santorini, it is time you went. In a word, it is glorious. Yes, Fira gets crowded during the day while the other tourists visit from the cruise ships. So do your shopping earlier or later in the day when the cruisers return to their ships. That is if the cruise ships ever return.
