- And here we go with a clip about early Kawasaki KZ650 engine assembling. Whole process, from the set of parts in boxes to the ready engine compressed into a 7 minutes time-lapse video.
It's hard to squeeze all the modes, updates, upgrades and work that was done to this engine in a few words. Among them are Wiseco K700 piston kit, Kawasaki KZ750 cylinder head, Zephyr 750 camshafts, all new sprockets and wheel for timing chain tension system, polished covers and so on and so forth. Also, all parts that have to be replaced, as well as many of those whose replacement weren't strictly necessary, were replaced with new genuine parts.

The kz 650 came in third one year at Castrol 6 hour againts bigger machines and had a endurance record for a bit.

Russian villains attacked my country three days ago trying to drag us back to the USSR. It's a full scale invasion, unprovoked by us. So we are kicking back hard. And since it's a real war around, the question about when my project will be finished is not on the list.

Thank you! I decided that I'll do it for pleasure. So I took my time and did it without any hurry. There was even two weeks gap when I was waiting for new starter clutch (last moment decision).
