Pratichi Desai Usually, I have never faced any issues with product quality but their customer service is very bad and they hide bad reviews and employees write reviews to make the products look like they are Amazing. I recommend looking at Amazon for the same products and you'll get a better picture. I wrote a bad review for plum kajal coz it's a crappy highly expensive kajal recommended by youtubers (high end sales women). They never published my review

Hi Ankita. I have a query about eye cream. Since you have used a ton of eye creams you would know better. I have been using aroma magic almond eye cream on your recommendation and it will be getting over in a few months. It hydrates well. You recently recommended clarins and clinique eyecream which are on the pricier side. I just wanted to know if there is a price justifying difference in the effectiveness of costlier ones you recently liked? Or does aroma magic do the same job?
Hi Bene, the Aroma Magic one is a very basic starter cream and its definitely from an overall less-expensive brand. Clarins and Clinique eye creams are good, I like the Clarins one a little more. It does have good ingredients but the packaging and overall brand positioning is definitely a factor in the higher price tag. I still think its worth it because it gives results and stays a long time too.
