The Second Amendment speaks for itself. The Second Amendment is the law and violators of the law need to start being prosecuted for their crimes.

Cannabis doesn't cause accidents. Surfers and snowboarders wouldn't be getting high if cannabis ruined their coordination. I don't see people getting high in public. Where do you live?
