- This is an extension of 'Frollo, A Holy Man'. Frollo is a saintly priest who adopted Quasimodo as an abandoned baby. One day, the gypsy Esmeralda enters the church and is enchanted by the place. She falls in love with Frollo who falls madly in love with her in return. Unfortunately, a wedge is driven between him and Quasimodo as he too develops feelings for Esmeralda. Consumed with jealousy, he attacks Frollo who forgives him, despite Quasimodo's threatening to stab him. Overwhelmed by Frollo's kindness, Quasimodo calms down.

I have always loved his quote '' I can save you from the flames of this world and the next '' there's something about it, its like his saying that '' without me, you won't survive, you need me '' I feel that this quote can apply to all stories where the villain who can't have someone/something gets to the point of obsession. Man I'm a sucker for these '' If I can't you '' stories.
I just can stop watching this wonderful video again and again. I adore it! Such a pity, that there is no fanfic😥. If this would be a film, I would watch it!

I love the Hunchback of Notre Dame, is it bad that I ship Frollo and Esmeralda, I can't help myself sure the man [ forgot his name ] she got with was good and all but he was a bore in my opinion. I have watched this recut of Hunchback of Notre Dame many times and I love it, I have also watched the disney verison but I dislike that they made him so evil when he was more off an antihero in the books and the older movies. P.S Always been in love with Frollo's voice it's deep and somewhat threatening.
Phoebus was pretty dull for a hero character, yeah. Frollo was way more interesting. I had no idea you'd already seen this many times - I must have not got the notification, sorry about that - That's fantastic. :D Frollo's voice actor has a great voice, I agree. It's beautiful. I also think Disney's Frollo has beautiful hands (see when he's stroking Quasimodo's face).
Oh Phoebus thats his name, yes he was one of the more uninteresting hero characters, I think Frollo has beautiful hands, I love the attention to detail, you can tell that whoever draw his hands really did a good job, for an older man he is beautifully draw and capture . I have watched this video many times its only now I decided to comment on it, I think this one along with Mirage [ American Beauty ] and your Simpsons videos are your best works.

The love triangle was an idea I had during the making of the first 'Holy Man' Frollo video, but didn't want to move the focus from what the first had to offer.

Excellent! Cheers. :D I agree with you that they're not exactly the first thought-of couple when it comes to shipping, for obvious reasons. There are several Frollo and Esmeralda videos out there that surprised me, and, while I personally don't ship them (or Frollo with anyone to be honest, because he's so abusive), in a recut where his personality's reversed, like here, absolutely! :-D What can I say, I just love nice men! ^_^
