55 CATEGORY "A" BEST SHS SCHOOLS IN GHANA 2020

Hello and Welcome to Itenert. The Ghana Education Service(GES) has group all the senior high schools(SHS) into 4 major categories to help Junior high schools(JHS) final year students who are looking forward to going the senior secondary level to be able to choice schools and also to know how to prepare towards getting admission in those their chosen schools. The divisions are in A, B, C, D, and other private Senior high schools and also Technical and vocational schools.
Category ‘A’ schools are considered to be the best in the country, followed by the ‘B’ and then the “C” and the “D”. This is based on their academic performance and also their facilities. The list is being updated every year with some new schools joining different categories.

Adisco person compiled that for the Central Region. Everybody agrees that there are only 2 secondary schools in Ghana:
1. MFANTSIPIM,
2. The rest of them.
Even if viewed in a small scope of things, how can Adisadel be ahead of even Wesley Girls, let alone Mfantsipim?

Mfantsipim is the worst school when comparing the 3 boys schools and the 2 famous girls schools in cape Coast. Mfantsipim is a useless school now. GES is contemplating making it a Category B school. Both Adisco and Augusco and completely better than Mfantsipim.
