The ES64U4 units don’t sing. You can hear them later on in the video.
Both Keikyu 2100, 1000, and Huskies' (JR East) E501 are no longer equip the singing Siemens GTO-VVVF.
Sadly the days of the GTO-VVVF traction systems are numbered.
