I noticed Namibia is not among any countries pertaining to the English language. i sent an email to the university to no avail. What do you think I should relate my English score levels with?

Although you may not be intending to, its always advisable to show that you intend to go back to help your home community after studies. So i would recommend that you choose working in your home country
