English subtitles ver. will be available soon.

This no offical translation and English isn't my first language, so if there are weird sentences, i am sorry.
00:12 If we are holding each other too strongly, it is really hard to shift the center of mass/gravity. Therefor it is impossible to throw the opponent. And if the opponent is knowledgable he knows how to shift his weight to stop the Kuzushi(the unbalancing of the opponent), as Kanamaru-Sensei (white) is showing 00:26.
    1)
Since it is diffiuclt to go into the throw directly, you have to create a good timing/situation, by using your body. You can use your Tsurite( the right hand in this case) and pull the oponnent and thereby control the center of mass of the opponent. By repeatedly pulling you can make them move to a certain direction or you can shake him, which makes it difficult for Hasegawa-Sensei (blue) to hold against strongly 00:45. This creates a situation in which you can throw the opponent 01:03.
    2) Is it important to control the head of the opponent?
Yes, if the head is moving, it means that the rest of the body/ the center of mass is not firm and solid. But like Hasegawa-Sensei (blue) is showing at 02:00, a good Judoka can still mantain a upright position and little head movement. Their heads are moving very little. The controlling of the head is for throws like the Osotogari important, so you can push with the righthand( tsurite) from below against the chin (02:24). Or if you are grabbing behind the neck 02:36, you can push with the inside part of your elbow. As you can see Hasegawa-Senseis head is moving back. This second technique can be often be seen used by heavier Judokas. The same controling of the head can be used for Kouchigari.
3)Are there other techniques for moving the center of gravity? 03:35
Apart from moving front and back , you can move in a circle. By turning and moving in a circle you can create opportunities for yourself. Judokas outside of Japan like the front and back movement 03:53, but this Oshiai (pushing against each other) can lead to you being pushed out of the mat 04:10 , if you are weaker than the opponent. But pushing against this movement can also lead to your opponent using your forward motion to get you out of balance and throw you 04:26. So as a counter to this pushing you can use their movement and bring them out of balance 04:37, by either using a foot to block their knee or by using the circle motions from before 04:43.
