17:20 He wanted a Clone to raise as his son.
Background: Jango had a very tought life... he never found a partner that could keep up with him, but he wanted to be a father.
He got Boba and wanted to raise him like he would have liked to be raised, to be able to give him everything he never had.
As a Mandalorian (Which Jango is) it is not uncommon to take any child as their own. So a Clone as your child might be uncomman, but neither the less, he would be accepted as his child.

Owen is Anakin's step-brother, not half-brother. Shmi Skywalker is not Owen's mother, rather she is his step-mother. There is no shared DNA between the Skywalkers and the Lars families. Cliegg Lars apparently had a previous relationship which produced Owen. Based upon Owen's apparent age relative to Anakin's, I would say Owen is a bit older.

    3:49 Anakin is 19, Padmé is 24.
13:30 Yeah, if you watch carefully, Padmé's been sending mixed signals from the moment of their reunion ("My goodness you've grown!"You'll always be the little boy from Tatooine."), even in this scene, why would she put on such an elaborate dress, in an informal setting, with just the two of them, when visiting a romantic location, that she herself picked for their retreat? Especially considering later in the movie, she has no problem picking less outstanding outfitts, and hiding in less extravagant places?
14:05 That's precisely it. She never had a private life. Her first and only crush, she can think about when asked, was when she was 12. She's surrounded by politicians with an agenda, advisors and bodyguards 24/7, who only ever treat her as their boss. She had to live her life never showing her true emotions. Anakin's stumbling straight forwardness is something she's never experienced, so even if he comes in too hard, she can't help but admire his honesty.
16:12 No, the stormtroopers from the OT are drafted/enlisted soldiers, sourced from the population of the Galaxy. The Jango Fett clones are in their late-50s by the time of those movies, since because of their accelarated growth they aged 40 years in the span of 20.
34:50 Yoda can only do that, by drawing heavily on the Force, which is exhausting in it's own right. It's not something to be wasted on trivial matters like walking.
36:32 Yeah, pretty much. Sidious and Dooku created a puppet state to rebell against the Republic, and they secretly created the clone army so that the Republic could fight back effectively. It's an entirely engineered conflict, using the pre-existing griveances caused by the corruption of the Republic Senate.

When you speculated that Padme is attracted to Anakin because she can do with him stuffes she didn't as senator, you're absolutely right! She fell for him because he was always honest with her about his thoughts and always himself with her - and that was very refreshing to Padme, as she was constantly surrounded by politicians that were often two-faced and calculated.
And regardless of future of their relationship, in THIS movie it IS healthy, because they are honest with each other and try navigate their journey together. Living in secret - thing that Anakin suggested (I won't spoiler wheter or not they decide to keep it secret) - might not be best way to function in day-to-day life, but I don't think that necesserily made the couple unhealthy (such situation might be unhealthy, but pair can still make it work and be good to each other).

in Star wars episodes 2 and 3, it was the era of The Clone Wars. Clones fought for the republic. After the Clone Wars ended, the Galactic Empire takes over, and had no use for Clones. The Galactic Empire had Stormtroopers (Episodes 4-6), who were mainly Humans, who either Volunteered or were drafted to serve under the empire.
Between Clone Troopers and Storm Troopers. Clone Troopers are better soldiers, because they grow up in brotherhood, and are created only to fight, and are trained to fight from a very young age. The saddest secret about the clones is that they have inhibitor chips in their heads, which force them under control by specific people.
Storm Troopers on the other hand are just people that are loyal or forced under the Empire. The empire didn't keep the clones because the empire wanted the trust of the people, and what better way than to make them into soldiers (or give out jobs in other terms...) with benefits. Some people were convinced that serving the empire was Honorable, and would lead to a luxurious life.

And if you remember, Sifo-Dyas ordered the making of a clone army. It never states whether he did, or someone else did under the alias of Sifo-Dyas, but nevertheless, he was killed around the time of The Phantom Menace, and that the clone army was not authorized by the Jedi Council, implying that this is all a ruse.

@30:38 I thought this scene was epic. I was 11 years old hearing the music along with all the Jedi running towards the battle droids with their lightsabers drawn was insane to me. The prequels were something. Glad I was able to see them with my dad. We have watched every star wars movie released since Episode 1.

I come back to this thought almost every time I think of this movie: In the original trilogy, the plot made sense to kids and adults could enjoy the humor. In the prequel trilogy, it's basically reversed: the plot makes sense to adults (and barely, sometimes!) and the humor is really geared towards kids.

Another fun reaction, thank you! You were right to be confused as Dooku used the truth to create mistrust with the Jedi. DARTH SIDIOUS just wanted to create a war for reasons that will be confirmed in the next movie.
There is a huge jump in time between episodes 1 and 2 , but there is a smaller jump between 2 and 3, and in between epsiode 2 and 3 is when the animated TV series CLONE WARS occurs. You DO NOT need to watch that series before you see episode 3, but I would recommend watching it before you decide to watch some of the other TV series like THE MADOLORIAN, and BOOK OF BOBA FETT, as some of the characters from that animated series will show up in the live tv series I just mentioned. Hope you decide to watch them later as they really help you immerse yourself more into the STAR WARS universe.
Can't wait for your next reaction! Keep smiling 👍😂

12:05 so this plan formation is from ancient times, hatched by Darth Bane, who had a vision regarding bring an end to the Jedi and democracy from within, his plan was to enter under disguise!! however before he could see it brought into fruition he was killed, in dual in a final duel against his apprentice Darth Zannah. it was his successor many years later Darth Plaguis who wished to execute its brilliance, but he too was killed, and it’s his apprentice Darth Sidious which has began to opperate it,
Sifo-Dyas, manipulated by the Sith Lords, .. and before notifying the Jedi was murdered, had a hand in the destruction of the Jedi Order in his effort to save it, by falsely authorising the creation of the Clone Army, .. which it’s true purpose would eventually emerge

the reason yoda uses a cane most of the time but was super fast in the fight is becasue he is 875-878 years old here and needs a cane, but when he needs to fight someone, he is using the force to move and hwne he is done doing that, he retruns to just being his old (literally) self

Seeing as people are already commenting on this, I might throw my hat into the ring. If you do decide to watch the CGI Clone Wars show (which I highly recommend), I personally think it's best watched after Revenge of the Sith. The reason is that while it does fill in the gaps between now and Revenge of the Sith, knowing how Revenge of the Sith ends going into the show adds this whole layer of insight and dread when you're watching the show.
The comparison that I use is that if you watch the show first, it's like watching the build up to a plane crash without realizing that's the end result, it's shocking and adds to a progression so you don't question it as you go. However if you watch Revenge of the Sith first, it's like knowing the plane crash has already happened and then you go back and see all the little decisions that led to it. We know what each of these decisions will lead to, and when something happens, we know why they made the choices that they did but we know how badly this is going to end and thus we feel this sense of dread as we get closer to the future we know is going to happen
Also, the discussion between the hand drawn and CGI shows, the CGI one is the one that's considered cannon. The hand drawn is still amazing but it does have a different storyline and the two shows do conflict with each other at points.

Anakin: "and then I went on a murderous rampage, killing many innocent!"
    Padme: "ooh poor baby!"
Ofc the reality is more nuanced than this, but not THAT much more nuanced. *who could have possibly predicted Anakin could turn to the dark side after this?*
In real life, if a person tortures and kills my mother, and I get a gun and kill them, and then a whole bunch of uninvolved people, including children...I would be sent straight to jail, and quite rightly so.

Palpatine wanted both armys to help draw out potential threats of rebellion. The droid army exists to help him see who would oppose the Republic that he is shaping into the Empire. The Confederacy of Independant Systems (droid army) is a stronger Rebel Alliance with access to better weapons, more resources, and a manufactured army. The droid army was made to lose, and leaders of it (Dooku included) were enemies of the future Empire. That's why the rebels in the original trilogy are a smaller military force.

    26:48 "I'm too blinded by Anakin's _mom's_ death that, like... not that I don't care, but like... I can't be a Jedi."
Yeah. The Jedi initially come off as people to really _envy,_ just because they know how to do a lot of really cool stuff with _lightsabers_ and the _Force,_ but in time, you see the Jedi life as a bit of a mixed blessing.
The _Sith_ have it rough, because their every _action_ is dominated by _anger, hate_ and _rage._ But, really, the _Jedi_ have it kind of rough, _too._ They can't be _close_ to anyone, they can't form or have long-term _relationships,_ and although they learn to do a lot of cool things with the _Force,_ they dare not _appreciate_ them too much, because somehow, one way or another, that leads to the _Dark_ Side.

This is where his journey towards the dark side began.
    It began with Shimi's death
Then it lead to him killing the Tuscans
Then he made a public declaration of hate.
That is the precursor to Darth Vader.

Also when you watch in release order the prequels are heartbreaking because you already know the fates of prominent characters because of the original trilogy.

You asked if they were also clones in movies 4, 5, and 6. No they weren't. Later on, the Empire phased out the use of clones to switch to regular people conscripted from various planets. This transition is shown in the series The Bad Batch.
