Why not just join local clubs and reach out to scouts for tryouts

I play for Brighton. I play regularly in the starting XI, But I know many who haven’t made it pro but played for an academy, I’m almost old enough to sign a pro contract. But I might not.

My academy is only 30 minutes.
In my club NK Troglav 1918 Livno in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦 we have 90 minutes training we have to arrive 15 minutes early so that is 105 minutes 3 times a week and I train with train effective
