Maybe not water PROOF per se , but water friendly as they do have holes in them but they are rubber so it’s basically like wearing swim shoes , and they dry fast , perfect for a day at the beach or by water
Ther for driving on a hot day when you want your feet to breath. They have better grip than regular sandal's

Looking for a shoe to go white water rafting in. Do they fit snug? Would they slip off when submerged in water? They look durable for sure.

They will but get half a size down from your Normal shoe size to fit snug and preventing from slipping off your heel
