You realise you don't have the right ingredient!
So you have to search and search and search!
Imagine that, but instead of an ingredient, its a barn.

Ok so imagine your cooking up some of your fan favorite Soupa Mario Maker when one of the Sue chefs finds out this new recipe he wants to try out. However you don’t want to because your cooking something else right now and no one ordered that so you would probably throw it out. As your sue chefs bugs you more and more it turns into a deep rooted hatred for the new product, to the point where you are actively refusing all orders of BarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinderBarnFinder
Now at this point half the crowd is asking for just a taste of barn finder and your sue chef already paid for all the ingredients so your not using any of the kitchens food so you finally decide to make some…
And oh my god is it good, you feel like you have been contacted by the cooking gods themselves and given their blessing.
But that’s the problem, it’s too good. You can’t let this dish of pure flavor fall into the wrong hands, so you must take the recipe and lock it away in the Steam Library Vault.

Just wanted to say this video was amazing, and is exactly the sort of content I subscribed to this second channel for! I know you're often torn with your content between what you want to make, and what is a more "proper video" for the main channel. This was spot on the kind of stuff I am here for, content that's still your brand but more community driven and content designed for people who already watch you rather than the main channel that needs to continue to stay alluring to a viewer that's seeing your face for the first time. Your content has been so damn spot on lately, on all channels, and it joys me when there's a new upload or on the rare occasion that I can catch a live stream. It's been a rough year for all of us and I have to say following you and the shenanigans your community puts you through has been an absolute highlight in these dim times. Keep up the amazing work!

It all began right when the Barn Finders riot started, I was part of it. We all spammed "BARN FINDERS" in twitch chat to achieve our goal. Doug was unpleased by that and wanted to punish us in some way. He decided to randomly pick one of the Barn Finders rioters and the victim would be jailed in his Twitch chat. The victim would not be able to go watch any other stream if not hosted by Doug, the victim would be allowed to use other pc programmes only on Doug's supervision, the victim would have to remain in chat all hours of the day, only allowed sleep. That victim, was me. I stayed in twitch chat day and night. I met people. I had friends, but that place was still a prison. There was only one way to be freed. It was out of my will, and I could just hope it happened. I needed to see gameplay from the game that put me there in the first place: Barn Finders. Since I couldn't look it up by someone else, Doug was the only one able to free me. I was desperate. I wanted freedom. Until that day. That day, Barn Finders happened.

The funniest part about this video is that I always close the video before Doug actually plays Barn Finders because the journey to barn finders is so much more entertaining than the actual game

I did that too, and enjoyed every second.
I mean, Vinny managed to make like a ten part series out of the game, and the highlight reel was fucking insane. I think rating it on the first few levels is a bit unfair to it, given its nature; it's a game that's designed to be a slow-burn experience all the way through.

This is legit one of my comfort videos. I watch it every time it comes into my recommendeds. The knowledge that all the early build-up leads to *that* somehow makes Doug's resistance and eventual surrender even more potent.
I was proud to be one of the people who spammed barnfinders in chat once.

I really want just one AAA game company to make a game and advertise it as something super generic that nobody really cares about (like Barn Finders) and then have it have a huge twist where it turns into a completely different game that's actually really good.
