I loved this recipe Kirby!! All fresh ingredients and all in one pan (except for the refrieds but they can be a dish all of their own.) It looked so delicious when you were tucking away that first bite I felt so jeolous... LoL.
i made that the other day with the same veggies but i put a little worcestershire sauce and beef stock along with fire roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce and let it simmer and it came out so tender and delicious thanks for the video carnal

Ya I ate it with flour. My wife is the corn tortilla person. I get over full for some reason with corn tortillas. You can use either.
