StandUp: Deprescribing and Polypharmacy

Janee Parson, Pharm.D. Lead Consultant Pharmacist, MidAtlantic Region, will be discussing the issue of polypharmacy in the geriatric population, as well as the process of deprescribing to help reduce the number of medications used by our residents.
