    Hey CZcams community, I'm planning to re-film this and re-upload it again, as I am not happy with the sound. In the meantime I'm keeping this here in case anyone wants to do this routine nevertheless. 🧡

    Thank you for the video, I'm sure you'll soon get used to the new camera, it already looks great. They say we learn are most important lessons through our mistakes. ☺ You could always change it to music & text if the sound is an issue.
    I've recently survived and greatly enjoyed my first ever indoor climbing session at the gym so this short format session will help with my warm up & down again after. My shoulders won't flex directly up so they were on fire after, I tend to flex my spine which I'm fine with but not something I want to keep doing. Maybe another short session on upper body please.
