    I like that this is real world, and with a real world tractor, not everyone has a new 75 hp compact tractor 4x4. Been looking at these and now I think it's time to buy!!

    Just got mine yesterday. 6' on a Mahindra 2538. Great piece of gear for getting the brush, limbs and undergrowth.
    Looking forward to the property drying out so I can start carving a new driveway (with the box blade) and using this to grade/run the gravel.
    Guess I need a Hydro Top & Tilt now.
    Thanks EA for a well built product.

    I consider myself to be a good grading operator on a tractor and I am impressed with this attachment, and I like the hydraulic top link and the durability of the tines. Good job, I think I would have to try pretty hard to tear them up

    I enjoyed watching you all use that landscaping rake doing different things. I am about to use mine to do some leveling in my yard. I have a large limb which fell from a walnut tree, but didn't come all the way down. I am considering grabbing the part on the ground and see if I can pull the rest of the limb down. Thanks for showing us how to use this accessory correctly.

    I have a cub cadet 5234dl with a 4 foot landscape rake.
    Im working on a grass field with lots of deep ruts and elk and deer tracks everywhere.
    So far, I have not been able to get the rake to scrape off the top of the ground to level everything out.
    All it does is slide over the ground, like it was raking the grass.
    What do I need to do to get it to dig in, so as to scrape off the high spots

    • @EverythingAttachments
      @EverythingAttachments  Před 5 lety

      It sounds like you really should try using a box blade, which will dig into harder surfaces better than a rake www.everythingattachments.com/Tractor-Box-Blades-Box-Scraper-Grader-Box-s/85.htm

    I've got about an acre with several years of pine needles, black oak and maple leaves, fallen branches and rotten manzanita stumps to clean up. I don't want to dig into the soil as part of the clean up is in front of my house. Is there a way to float the tines just above the ground using the wheels? I'm using a 49 ford tractor.

    • @EverythingAttachments

      You could use a landscape rake with gauge wheels to prevent it
      from digging into the earth.
      Compact tractor landscape rake: www.everythingattachments.com/Compact-Tractor-Landscape-Rake-p/eta-cmp-lr.htm
      Severe Xtreme Landscape Rake: www.everythingattachments.com/Everything-Attachments-Landscape-Rake-Root-Rake-p/etalr-iii.htm
      The pine needle rake would handle the needles and probably the
      leaves, but would not stand up to stumps or large limbs.

  • @jerryjdawgsworldarnold

    ok, i figured this was the rake i wanted...so, i'm looking at pine straw/brush and maybe vines...so would this rake work for that?

    • @EverythingAttachments
      @EverythingAttachments  Před 8 lety +2

      +jerry arnold (jdawgsworld) It would rake all of that. If you want to rake pine needles with minimal damage to the underlying soil or turf, we offer pine needle rakes for that purpose, however the pine needle rake would not be very effective for raking brush or vines.

    • @bluejay3536
      @bluejay3536 Před 10 lety

      No, in my humble opinion I don't think Peanut talks.. Peanut is just performing his job in a typical "americanized" way, wearing short pants (in the bushes) as if he were just getting ready to have fun by the beach with three of his sidekicks, and letting the machine do all the job that a human being could do better.. Yeah..that's for sure.
