Hi Andre, thanks for the tutorial - I have managed to change my banking details which currently show as "VALID" on the system, however on my ITR12, my old banking details are still showing so I cannot tick the button to accept the assessment because the details are not correct (even though the account is still open but I want to close it an have my refund paid into my new account). Not sure if this just means I need to wait a few days. I haven't been asked to submit any supporting documentation which is odd, but then again Discovery Accounts all show up on the ITR12 for Local Interest so maybe it's already verified as my account.

My understanding is that SARS eFiling is struggling with the deleting / updating of banking details. You have to go directly to SARS with an online appointment.
It looks like SARS is preventing people from deleting old bank accounts. They prefer people to do banking related changes via an appointment with SARS.

No. The company already paid the Dividend Withholding Tax :)

You actually need to update your banking details via an appointment or SARS visit.

Great suggestion! You can always click "Forgot Login Name / Forgot Password" to reset.

Then you need to make sure the banking details are correct

I believe you would need to first add new bank details and link it to your income tax as shown in the video, before you delete the old bank details.
