    wonderfully prepared Tibetan Sengong Thali which sure tastes very good.I made a few days ago Buchwheat Kuttu Sengong and chicken curry. For constant continous stirring Sengong in the hot pot I use Hand Stabmixer which is easier for me and Sengong becomes real smooth evenly.Thanks for the Thali idea with Sengong

      In many part of the Tibet, use to eat with Churul etc. Wheat, Barley etc are used to make Sengong

    That syosyo smells so good that once I fed a rice fried in syosyo to my friend
    And he asked me
    Was that a cheese ?
    Than I opened the syosyo and his reaction was good to see 🙈😆😆

    Churul.it is churul.not thori. This food is immensely delicious.i like it very much. When I was with my parents we used to eat too much. it's nice food.

    Always heard about Sekong but never tasted it, will try to find it. Do Thuri taste like blue cheese?

      In Tibetan it is called Churul, means chura rulkok or rotten cheese. It is a Rotten Malai . I think blue cheese and Churul seems similar but I never tried blue cheese. I checked in internet .

      Hi Tashi delek, if you are from Ladakh then i believe you will get Shosha from Changtang. Shosha is rotten Malai. you keep the Malai in a container and let it rotten.
