Ikr... Thanos is the reason why Infinity War is my most favourite Avengers movie because he actually won. Many MCU villians were like "meh to okay" but Thanos is completely different. I also liked how how he was teased in post credit scenes before and in Guardians of the Galaxy... and since that you could already tell or sense that some really big boy is coming to change everything and he did for sure.

Stormbreaker is made from Uru - a magical metallic material that, among other qualities, is insanely durable and practically immune to damage from energy projections/projectiles. Mjolnir is also made from Uru, and would've done the same thing had Hela not destroyed it in Ragnarok - there's a reason why Thor didn't think it was possible for Hela to do what she did: Even Thanos wouldn't have been able to break Mjolnir with anything less than the combined might of all 6 infinity stones.

That's why This is The Best Marvel movie for me. It's the peak of The infinity saga. For me this is Way better than endgame. Endgame is a show, This right here IS a masterpiece of a movie. Don't take me wrong, endgame is Epic. But for me this is more Epic. Thanos fighting all The heroes is insanely good. So Damn well made. This movie, the winter soldier and the Avengers are my top 3 favorite in the saga.

Explain why infinity war was that good when the very premise of it is flawed (instead of killing half of life and delaying resource driven problems only a little bit, why not ask for more than enough resources for the universe to thrive for millennia if not forever? Limitless resources). Not to mention half the characters have nothing to do/no realistic purpose. At least if things were done logically. The only characters that have a purpose, and shine in infinity war are thanos, Thor and the guardians. The entire battle of wakanda was unnecessary from the view of thanos forces. Even the new York battle. Thanos only needed to collect the first four stones and run all over earth in collecting the time stone and mind stone without having to battle the avengers in any real capacity until he was unstoppable. The film is INCREDIBLY flawed. It is almost loses to ultron for second best avengers movie.

To everyone still trying to pin the Avengers'/Guardians' failure on Quill exclusively:
    - Thor didn't go for the head
    - Drax was consumed with vengeance and forgot all about stealth
    - Gamora shouldn't even have sought out Thanos, infact why not steer clear of him entirely?
    - Nebula could've wiped that particular memory from her mainframe
    - Vision was dumbed down/nerfed so he couldn't simply render himself (and the Mind Stone) intangible
    - Strange could've hidden both Earth-based stones in the mirror dimension or anywhere else
    - Obviously, Steve and Tony weren't on speaking terms at the time, which made a concerted effort to impede Thanos significantly more difficult

The reason Thanos loved Gamora was because fear was not common for him. When you feel love, the thing you fear the most is losing that connection: and this has devastating consequences to your health should you lose. The fact that Thanos sacrificed Gamora, the one whom he loved, shows not only the phenomenal strength his species carries but also the will of Thanos himself: the will to achieve balance through great sacrifice.
